H.O SOFT Inc. (“we”) handles personal information on this website (www.h-o-soft.co.jp) as described below. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

Our company name and representative are listed in our Company Profile. We will tell you our address without delay if you ask us.
2. Information we collect and why
Through the contact form, you send us your name, email address, title and message.
We use them only to answer your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.
3. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Provision to a third party in a foreign country (contact form)
Messages from the contact form reach us through a form service of Formspree, Inc. in the United States. Formspree stores the messages in its service and also uses them for automatic spam detection.

5. Web analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc. to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies visitors.
6. Security measures
- Only a limited number of people handle the contents of inquiries.
- Inquiry emails are kept in a Google Workspace account to which access is limited.
7. Requests and complaints
To request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of your retained personal data, or for complaints or questions about how we handle personal information, please contact us through the contact form (your message passes through a provider in the United States, as described in section 4). We will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity.

We may revise this policy when necessary. When we do, we will announce it on this page.
